1. Quotes and calculator

The Mossaic moss wall/panel calculator supplies an indicative estimate using the size and options selected. It is not a final binding quote. A final proposal identifies materials, dimensions, finishes, work, installation, transport, applicable taxes, the final price and anticipated schedule.

2. Acceptance and deposits

A commission begins under a written accepted proposal. Before taking a deposit, we tell you its amount, due date, purpose and the conditions on which it is refundable. [ADD ACTUAL DEPOSIT / MILESTONE POLICY.] Not every deposit can simply be declared non-refundable; any retention must comply with the agreement and law.

3. Design approval and revisions

Quotes specify [NUMBER OF INCLUDED REVISIONS], final design approval and the price of additional changes. After approval, changes to size, material, colour or timeline require written agreement to updated cost and schedule.

4. Natural properties and care

Preserved moss naturally varies in appearance. Project documents should distinguish acceptable natural variation from a failure to meet agreed specifications. Preserved moss is not living moss. We provide product-appropriate care and safety instructions concerning moisture, water, heat and mounting where relevant.

5. Withdrawal and consumer remedies

Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for the statutory no-fault withdrawal exception under Romanian OUG 34/2014, where the legal conditions are met and the customer is informed before ordering. This does not remove rights for non-conformity or contractual breach. Where a commission also includes services, their separate legal withdrawal and performance requirements must be addressed in the individual agreement.

6. Warranties

Consumer purchases benefit from statutory conformity rights. The Mossaic website refers to a five-year commercial guarantee for installations. This promise should be backed by a written warranty statement specifying the guarantor and contact details, covered goods/work, duration, territory, claim procedure and actual scope, and any lawfully permitted limitations. 7. Site visits and installation

Any free site survey, eligibility threshold, scheduled working hours, site access, wall preparation, power supply and responsibility for ancillary works should be agreed in the quote. Additional B2B terms may be agreed separately without restricting B2C mandatory consumer protections.
